Never Received
Tried ordering last year & then were back ordered all season. So this year I pre ordered in Feb…. It’s April 21st and never received berry although I’ve been told twice via email that they have been delivered. Ordered these and some trees and only 1 correct item ever showed up! I will definitely use a different company from here on out!

Strawburby in the burbs
When the plants arrived, it could be seen they had a quite the shipping journey. Although they were a touch traumatized, they’re on the mend and thriving. I ordered from this site in the past and haven’t experienced any issues with shipping or with the quality of plant. One-offs happen all the time. Will be making another purchase soon.
Box crushed during shipment.
Item received rough handling during shipping. The small package was crushed and the pot exploded leaving the root system without earth for the duration of the shipment. Dirt leaked out the open holes in the box. Item arrived wilted, dried out and barely salvageable. Currently nursing it back to health.
Soil lost in delivery
Just received my plant yesterday, and all the soil was knocked out of the pot in delivery! I planted it immediately and have been hoping that it recovers.
