Disappointed!

Not at all the same shoe! I have two pairs, one from 2017 & one from 2021. The leather is stiff, the shape is completely off and awkward and I am so disappointed. Taking these back to the store. Different factory, different designer definitely not the same shoe PERIOD.

This is not the same shoe as in 2021!!

This is my 3rd pair of the same model and I was a die hard fan until now....So I purchased my 1st pair around 2020 and then another in 2021...I'm still wearing these (I work conferences and sometimes on my feet 14h/day). The previous pairs are pretty worn out so I was excited to get a new one. The new shoes are some cheap version of the old models....stiff low quality leather, elongated box...I didn't have to break the previous models even for a day. They felt amazing instantly while the new ones feel rough, stiff and uncomfortable! What is this??!!
